Earth Hour

On a cool night,
the last day
of March
in the year 2007,
a group of people
share
a common dream.

To give
something back,
to
our
dear,
suffering
planet.

These people
have made
a commitment
to themselves,
to each other,
to our planet.

This commitment
was
simple,
purposeful,
and
heartfelt.
